How It All Began

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been raised by wonderful parents. While my mother set a strong example as a childminder for 30 years, it was my father who truly served as our family’s heartbeat. He was gentle, nurturing, and endlessly supportive—never one to raise his voice, but always ready to engage in thoughtful conversation.

He encouraged my siblings and me to explore the world through play, even letting us dance in the rain to fully embrace the joys of childhood. Our home was a revolving door for neighborhood friends, filled with laughter and shared meals; it felt like a natural sanctuary where everyone was welcome. My father fostered an environment where we were truly free to Laugh, Learn, and Play.

The New Chapter

Fast forward to 2023: I was a mother to three grown, accomplished children and working as a Clinical Consultant. I was ready to travel the world and eventually embrace the joys of grandmotherhood. However, life surprised our family with an unexpected blessing—a new baby, our "pension baby."

Our youngest quickly became our greatest inspiration. He reignited my passion for childcare and reminded me of the vital importance of letting children simply be children. He inspired my family and me to create a safe, homely environment where laughter and discovery are at the heart of every day. What once felt like a distant dream began to feel like a true calling. Thus, Dimples Daycare was born.

After three decades of experience—as a mother of four, a Pre-school Educator, a General Nurse, and a Clinical Compliance Manager—I have returned to my deep-rooted passion. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, clinical-grade safety and care, infused with the simple, transformative love my father showed us.

Our Philosophy

Today, we are proud to be an Ofsted-registered facility with a child-led, Montessori-inspired approach to development. We are dedicated to fostering independent thinking and self-esteem through play and social interaction. At Dimples Daycare, every child is supported to Laugh, Learn, and Play in a setting that feels just like home.
